My son is autistic/epileptic. Looking for suggestions on the current methods of chelation treatments.

Please don't. Unless your son actually has heavy metal poisoning, it's not useful and is very painful.

DON"T DO IT!!!!!! There is absolutely no support it is helpful. Mayo, me and many others are very against it. Dealing with an autistic child can be very difficult and you may benefit from talking with your child's teacher and/or Autisim Society. Respite care is sometimes available also.
I am a big believer in Behavior Modification for some behaviors.

Agreed, don't go anywhere near it. Chelation can be incredibly dangerous if there is no proof of heavy metal toxicity.
