Hi, Jody, and welcome to NT! I've got hypothyroidism myself now, after having had Grave's Disease as a child. I also post on the Myasthenia Gravis forum, and the gluten sensitivity/Celiac forum. I've had the MG since the mid-1970's, but the gluten sensitivity is my latest 'acquisition'. (Discovered it about a month ago.) I'll look forward to your posts.
Hugs,

Hi again
Thank you very much for the welcomes I have been diagnosed with SLE, Fibro and Hypothyroidism for approximately two years. I am currently on a number of meds including Plaquenil and Prednisone and something for the thyroid and also for acid reflux. Oh yes, I almost forgot, I am also on a medication for high BP. Its all go isnt it?... I have had chronic lung pain for about four years now every time I breathe and my rheumy thought that putting me on low dose pred would help this but it hasnt . I am on pred now for over a year. I have an appointment shortly and I am going to talk to the rheumy about coming off the pred as it doesnt appear to be making any difference. Anyone else experience the lung pain issue and if so did anything make it do away? Thanks again Jody |

Hi Joanne
No I havent had a CT scan done. I did have a chest xray over a year ago now and that was alright apparently. I will definitely mention it to my rheumy on my next visit. Its one of those things that has gone on so long I have learned to live with it and havent bothered my rheumy with it for a long time so I guess its time to raise it again. I will let you know how I got on. Thanks again Jody |
