Confused MS or B12? Please!!

I've been having very short periods of vertigo since april, which then turned into searing headaches on my right side of my head and partial vision loss in the left eye (this fall, only twice). I have a couple times over the summer had slight tingling in my left leg but not since then. I've met with multiple doctors, one of which tested me for hyperthyroidism which came back sub- clinical. I was tested for this because I have not been able to get over 97 pounds no matter how much I eat. I finally went to a neurologist who did multiple tests. On my brain I had five small spots, that didn't look much like MS, but on my back I had two spots one of which he said was slightly oozing. He's basing off of that MRI to say I have MS, but he has yet to get my new blood tests, for B12, and lyme. What are my chances that it could be B12 instead? I have no idea what the oozing spot means. I am also on a BC that has given me very regular and heavy flows (almost daily), could that contribute as well? Thanks, I'm really nervous.
