I have been takiing the Synthroid for about 4 or 5 years. I get blood test work, along with TSH testing every 4 - 6 months which has been in the normal range for the past few years with .025 mg. Synthroid. I have not heard about cytomel. I will look into this. Thanks

Default Hi Kitty

I have not stopped thinking of you. I don't know if I would get a med. on line or not. You never know from where those meds. come from or if they have any potency or not. I wouldn't want you to make your situation worse. You are already suffering. I would go from one end of your country to the other still seeking a doctor that will listen to you. doctors need to pay more attention to what the patients say, not just about the numbers. I will continue to keep you in my thoughts and prayers. ginnie

Default Dear Kitty

I have not stopped thinking about you. I hope that your doctors listen to you. I am sorry you are suffering so. I hope the dosage can be altered to suit what your needs are. I am also glad your endo dr. is on the same page as you are. Keep going back if you have to and express all your concerns again. Suffering is no fun, stress you are right, can hurt you worse. Please keep trying to keep calm. I am glad others have responded to you too. I am being watched for all thyroid problems too, I have 8 nodes, and my son had thyroid cancer, I also have barretts esophagus and can't swallow well at all. I know about that kind of fear you feel. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers always. ginnie
