Chills are not typical. They will happen if you are low in blood sugar. Thyroid accelerates metabolism and may cause low blood sugars if you are prone to that.
Eating smaller meals, more frequently, less sugar and carbs, and small snacks of quality protein etc, may help this. I really think starting at 100mcg is not typical.
