Default Selective IgA deficiency

I have selective IgA deficiency which causes very intense sinus headaches. I am looking for support in how anyone else deals with this condition and also how to deal with the severe headaches.

I use my neti pot 1-4 times a day, use ice packs on my head and face and take antibiotics. I would like to boost my immune system naturally if possible and hear about ways that other people deal with this condition.

Please comment on this thread if you have any ideas or are willing to share what works for you. thank you
