Default Medications for SPS (for who has been dx with this)

What medications are you taking for SPS? I start a new treatment plan this Friday and I will update when my new neurologist decides to go with. I am so sick of this suboxone for pain. I wish I haven't chose this path to tackle my pain issues because I have way too much break through and nothing to take !

Hi,
I have been diagnosed with SPS and right now I am taking Gabapentin and Tramadol, along with a list of other meds but I think these are specifically for spasms and nerve issues. Hope this helps.

I also take baclofen along with the Gabapentin and Tramadol.I still have seizures and the spasms sometimes but for the most part the meds work well.
