Default For PA/Autoimmune gastritis people: treatment not working!

Hey everyone!

So, I have autoimmune gastritis and attendant PA. I get injections once a week due to serious need for b12. I was on monthlies until I got sick of spending the third and fourth week of every month basically drunk. You all know

Anyway, I've been feeling tired, dumb, a little angry lately. Dry hair, grooved nails, the sighs. I get injections once a week! How, how, how am I still deficient? I had my homocysteine levels checked a few years ago and they were fine.
