When I was young, I did NOT take them. Now, that I'm menopausal, I am taking low dose bioidentical hormones and although I'm not absolutely positive, I think it hasn't caused problems with my autoimmune issues...Lupus, etc.

Did you start the hormones after your lupus diagnose or before that ?
