((((Cybil)))))

hope the aching eases for you

have you ever tried those epsom salts tubs....warm bath with 2 cups of epsom salts dissolved in it (you can get epsom from all drug stores and most supermarkets....not expensive)
it really soothes aching joints and muscles and also helps to detoxify the body while promoting restful sleep.

be sure to drink lots of pure frsh bottles water while soaking in the tub

I have the same problem with rain.

Yesterday I had a headache all morning (before it rained) and then once it started raining the headache became a migraine.

Along with my head - my joints were screaming in pain.

I hate rain.
