Default cellcept and side effects

Hello,
New to the board. I was diagnosed with AIH 3 years ago. I started with Imuran and Prednisone. Got the prednisone down to a very low level but plattlet count low. Saw a specialist and have some scarring on the liver. All liver panel good..very good with no immune suppressant and just low dose predinsone. But doc thought it was a good idea to start an immune suppressant again to get off predinsone. Started taking Cellcept..250/once daily on thursday. Today some rectal bleeding..sorry so gross. However, it does not appear to be intensinal..rather like a cut? Again, sorry so gross but am concerned. Has anyone had this type of side effect?
