Thanks waves and all.....I am going to call his PO tomorrow, yet it is a Federal Holiday due to President Ford's death. So, I don't know what will be open, or who will be answering phones. I will try. See the prison is always open and they do arraigment 2x a day via video, I guess there is always a judge on call. The actual court I don't know if they are open for court, but maybe people will be working in the officers, like PO's.

I am drinking fluids and in the middle of last night, I did wake up and had a small peanut butter and raspberry jelly sandwich. So, thats bread at least.

My mom is a nervous wreak too, so she drank wine, and now I have to listen to her crap, I have a wine rack above the stove in the kitchen and she never drinks wine. Oh well, can't worry about that , she will fall asleep soon.

She is yelling this and that now. BBringing up the past and oh my God, I can't handle much more stress.

I have such a headache. Tomorrow I will get out to do a few errands. God I need to get a life.

I will check online to see if he has a court date, I assume it will be soon.

You can also probably call the probation officer. And make sure
that she is aware that the jail did not do the urine test. Like they
were supposed to. That way its another reason to call.

You can also then make sure that you do this before you go out
to run your errands, that way if he bothers you, when you go
out. And you have to report it again. You have reported it the
first time, and when you call her again, its the second time. And
you can make sure she makes sure his test is done. She might
can also make sure he isn't released this time.

I know he is at work today. So, I will go out. I did eat a baked potato last night.

His dad left me an email that he was going to call me today, he has no clue, because my husband called him on NY day and my FIL said he sounded good,and things must be going well.

Well, I am going to tell him. I am sick of being the bad one in all this.

God give me strength...........I truly need it.

I just found out his court date isn't until Feb 5th!!!!! I called his PO and left a message for her to call me.

The courts are open today here, well at least city court where I called. He is going to have the same judge he did before also.

I cannot believe I have to live like this until Feb 5th.

I hope I am not supeoned to be there.

I would guess this is why the police wanted you to call his probation
officer, I believe the probation officer can have him thrown back in
jail for violation of probation. And he can be left there till the court
date.

Hi, I did speak with his PO, she is really nice, she will be in city court and wants me to be there too. She is on my side. She also said the judge he has is tough, plus it is the same judge that gave him his ruling. She said she had a message to call my husband too, but called me first. I called the court advocate I had last time, so she should call me back, so she will meet me at court for moral support, she is actually with the State court but can go to city court, she is also works for Victims Assistance. I dread court again.

My FIL did call yesterday and did know everything. We talked, I listened, too much to get into right now.

My DV counsler just called me, but I just woke up and said I would call her later. I cancelled my PCP appt. this morning, I am just way to drained to drive there, have to call back today to reschedule.

I did run out to the store yesterday and gassed up the car. Ordered pizza delivery for supper, so I ate that.

I cannot believe how exhausted and drained I am.

So, that's it for now. Need to get myself back into shape mentally and physically.
