I'm really not quite out of the woods. Actually... I am getting agitated. I had lowered my benzo a teenzy bit (after an increase) because of excessive somnolence recently and brought it back up but even though i'm getting sleepy i'm still irritable and jumpy and snappy. :(:o

I'm trying to pop in when i can... trying to be careful. i feel i overdid my post to Mari but it is too much stress to edit, so i won't.

I'm really sorry to hear you are not doing well healthwise. Is it one thing, or lots of things? i see a gastro thread.... :hug: will check that out. Anyway i hope you start feeling better soon!!!
