Over the weekend I got a letter from the City , criminal division. When I went to court for the 2nd time and he didn' show up, the judge said that his attorney called and he/she and my husband did not have enough time to discuss the case. Come to find out, it was my husband was NOT cooperating with the attorney. Now he/she has motioned to withdraw from the case.

Now, a warrant for his arrest is out, this will follow him plus the charges anywhere he goes for a job, etc.

I spoke to my court advocate, and it seems as though my husband thinks that if he does nothing, this will all go away, not true, this is good for 5 years.

Since there still is a court date for the 16th of OCT, my court advocate says we should go, to keep this alive and the courts aware, then again he could show up, which I doubt, unless he has one damn good lawyer, because he just put himself deeper in doo doo.

I am totally FED UP. The order of protection that the judge originally gave to him at his arrainment is still good, since mine got sent back to court, because they only make so many attempts and he dodged all of them.

I doubt he went back East, because his love of this state, plus all his coats are still here, and he is very materialistic. Among other things.
Plus, I don't think his Dad would want him at his house, with no job, no car, and he probably doesn't even know that there is a warrant out for his arrest. Plus his Dad would have to give him the money to fly back.

This whole ordeal is just snowballing.

I just have to keep on my toes, since he doesn't seem to care about the court system, God knows what he is thinking or will do. I doubt the piece of paper he got "Order of Protection" is going to stop him now.

This is the deep pits. Been sick all night, headaches, throwing up. Had to postpone my MRI and Brain Cat Scan till Wednesday.
