what i thought was just sinus today seems like it's another migraine - switched sides again, too.
migraines can cause vasoconstriction and sinus problems... sigh. but i think the reverse is true too, so maybe the cold got me stuffed up in the night... inflamed trigeminal nerve... triggered migraine? ![]() i took actifed and coffee (both act as decongestant and vasoconstrictor) and 500mg aspirin this is worse than yesterday when i did not medicate. throbs like gangbusters when i walk. (it still isn't as bad as the the first 3 days, so no indomethacin). sigh. yelled victory too soon. heck. darn. knickerbockers! ![]() ![]() ~ waves ~ |
