what i thought was just sinus today seems like it's another migraine - switched sides again, too.
migraines can cause vasoconstriction and sinus problems... sigh. but i think the reverse is true too, so maybe the cold got me stuffed up in the night... inflamed trigeminal nerve... triggered migraine? too wiped out to read up, and have seen conflicting information anyway. i took actifed and coffee (both act as decongestant and vasoconstrictor) and 500mg aspirin this is worse than yesterday when i did not medicate. throbs like gangbusters when i walk. (it still isn't as bad as the the first 3 days, so no indomethacin). sigh. yelled victory too soon. heck. darn. knickerbockers! ~ waves ~ |
