Dear Isis,

It is Dialectical Behavior Therapy -- an out growth of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and developed first for people with borderline personality disorder.

Wikipedia is pretty good with this description:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dialect...havior_therapy

Waves will correct me later I hope.

I don't anyone who has gone through this therapy.
But even some therapists who are not fully trained in it are using some of the mindfulness techniques because it helps people with bipolar and other conditions.

Sorry if this does not make sense.
I should not type late at night perhaps.

M.
