Laugh Hi Everyone!

Hey guys!

I am new.
Newly diagnosed, but been feeling "loca en la cabeza" for years and years and years.
Im not sure about the diagnosis though, because my drs seem to be trying to handle me gently, I guess they think I may spazz out or something. One doc said mood disorder, and the other doc has me doing a whole bunch of bipolar exercises, so go figure.
Im so glad I found this site, because this is all so new to me, and confusing me.
Lately I dont know where the bipolar ends and where I began.
I appreciate being somewhere that I don't have to hide it, or be ashamed, and having people who understand to talk about it with.
