Heart

I really don't find comfort in anything any more....
It's mostly cloudy, gray, and cold here this time of year. I've tried the sunlamps but can't stand them...they put off too much heat.
Unfortunately for me both cold and hot hurt!!

Abbie, I hadn't meant a sunlamp. I was writing about a normal yellow electric bulb. There will be no heat, but the brightness helps. If I need to rest in the afternoon I still have my bedside lamp on. It's a 100 watts and creates a warmth that makes me feel more cheerful. Try it please Abbie. Everything is worth trying.

Are you feeling better today?
Even just a little?

I thank you all for your support and suggestions...

I wish I felt better today...but I don't. I actually feel lower and running out of reason.... not that I had much to begin with.....

Abbie,

Have you been to the pdoc?
Because of my pain I'd also started feeling low and the pdoc agreed that I needed to up my Lexapro. From 15 mg I am now on 20mg.
I am coping better.

I was at my Pdoc just a couple of weeks ago... She upped one med and lowered another. I go back in a couple of weeks.

Haven't seen my Tdoc for a couple of months as she's been out with medical issues of her own.

I can see you are online. Is it morning where you are? It is 11.40 p.m here.
Are you going to be home today?

Abby how were you physically before the Seroquel? I just saw so many odd effects with it, if it can make you so tired, drained and the diabetes, maybe stopping that and change could help with a lot of the symptoms.,

Just a thought, I had been through so many med reactions between my dd and myself,
The latest was the neuro giving me the migraine med and intereacted with the Lexapro I thought I was having a heart attack, and the panic had me jumping out of my skin.

I just want you to feel better....

I was adjusted well for a while... I don't know what is going on with it or if that's the problem...

Pdoc dropped the dosage from 800mg to 600mg to see if that was what was making me so tired.

I don't see any difference. I do know that if I don't take it I will not fall asleep. Sometimes when I do take it I stay awake for hours after... other times I fall asleep within minutes.

I'm tired in more ways than one. I just want it all to end.

I am sorry abbie that your meds are not working right for you.
and that you are so tired exhausted from this medication merry go round.
I hear your frustration in all of this.
please call your pdoc again and report that you are not doing well.
I wish you were not so isolated.
((((HUGS))))
