Taking my medicine has been another thing...

I remember my night meds...most of them... I think. I realized today that I have been forgetting to take my lithium...Both morning and night dosages.

I've also been forgetting to take my effexor, my thyroid medicine, and something else but I can't remember sitting here what it was.

I haven't told my Pdoc....she'll not be too happy with me.

I take so many medicines and so many dosages at so many different times of the day that I just forget!!!!

I wrote out what meds I am on and dosages for my primary doc and she looked at it and said that she thinks I'm on more medicines than any of her other patients.....

Right now... I'm just tired... but more like exhausted.

I have one thing to tell my tdoc tomorrow that I really don't want to tell her.... but feel it's for the best... because I won't lie to her. Something I did....but got scared and stopped.
