Just thought I'd buzz in and update a little...

Pdoc changed my AD from Zoloft back to Cymbalta...

Stopped the Xanax and started Lorazepam (Ativan) today...

I'm still struggling....
It's hard for me to string together two sentences or thoughts without crying.

I HATE THIS... I FEEL LIKE I AM NEVER GOING TO FEEL BETTER!!!

abbie you may feel adifference between the two antii anxiety meds.
the ativan lasts longer so you won't have the peaks and troughs, be patient with yourself with these changes.

I totally understand what you are saying.... I hate these crisis that sometimes invade us and seem eternal...

Hopefully the medicine change will help you at least a little pretty soon so you can start to feel better....

About the crying, Ive spent the last 4 days crying for nothing/ anything if you know what I mean, and now hurt like hell... if it is your case, try cucumber slices over them... :o
