Default Yes. Vomiting

Dear Abbie,

So sorry. Panic and anxiety is awful.

Can you get into the pdoc as soon as possible?
Did something happen before the event? A trigger perhaps? Sometimes tdocs can help with triggers.

I am praying for you that the new pdoc will be good. (It can happen. You could get an excellent one! )
Make sure that he and the tdoc are in communication with each other.

M.

I am still WIDE AWAKE.... since Friday....

I am still crying uncontrollably.

I have a HUGE lump in my throat....

I can't bring myself to leave my room because my parents are still up....

The thought of having to see someone else is MORE than I can bare!!!

The thought of having to talk with someone else causes the tears to flow harder.

Panic attacks can do many things on a temperary basis. I don't know where to start.

When you have a panic attack, sometimes it makes you feel like you could die.

Sometimes it's like a dark cloud has surrounded you,or a eclipse.

Have the panic attacks just come out of the blue?

They can make you shake, feel cold,or feel hot.

They make you feel like you are having a heart attack sometimes,or that you are on the verg of a heart attack, and that you are going to die,but your not.

They can make you shake all over,or in your neck,or even your eye's.

They can make your mind think of all kinds of horrible, fearful things.

They can make you feel dizzy, light headed, and crummy.

They can make you gag, vomit, and hyperventilate.

They can make your head feel like you have a band tied about your head, and feal pressure in your head, neck, throat, and etc.

They can make you feel like you are going to choke.

They can make you feel like your breathing is difficult.

It can break into a bunch of phobias.

These panic attacks will subside. They don't stay in a heightened state, but they can leave you perplexed.

I hope that what I've said helps. I know that these feelings can be a nightmare.

I've survived all of these things for many years.

Find a interest to distract yourself from these fears as best as you can.

I understand.

They make you feel alone. BF

The subject of fear, and panic attacks can be very misunderstood.

Most Pdocs don't really understand it.

The important thing is when you feel this way, know that you are not going to die.

You are going to live. You will not die.

Panic makes you unable to feel peace, comfort, security, love, forgiveness, and being accepted.

These panic attacks will not kill you,but they make you feel perplexed afterwards.

I could write a book on this subject.

I've been through many hardships with the feelings of fear, and panic. BF

Abby this is an emergency
please get help.
Have you tried zyprexa (an anti psychotic like seroquel but much better)for sleep? It is very effective in sedating effects.
You are sounding psychotic which is an emergency...you need to tell your parents to intervein on your behalf.
I am so sorry that you are dealing with this on your own
PLEASE TELL YOUR FAMILY THAT YOU NEED THEIR HELP!

Dear Abbie,

I really really wish that some one could go to your appointments with you. You are fragile. Also, often the pdocs pay closer attention when a family member or friend is in the room.

If you are not ok, please do what Bizi says and go to the ER.
You will be safe.
Certainly, let your parents know what is going on right now.

Default Dear abbie

I'm sorry that you are going through this real ruff time. I hope that I didn't say anything that made you feel worse. What I was trying to say was that panic can make you sick sometimes. It happened to me a long time ago.

I hope that you feel better soon. You may need to go to the Hospital. I don't know. I'm concerned about how you feel, and I know it's difficult. It's a lonely hurting period of time.

If you have any questions to ask me,please ask. I care about you,and I understand some of what you are going through. BF
