Lots of good thoughts and energy going your way from here bizi.
Its good to be able to trust someone when the process one is going through can potentially be painful.
The gym can wait - it'll be there, but you need to have free movement to be ready to use it at its optimal.

I started to write so I could keep a track on my thoughts. This particular Lupus flare has turned my life on its head. Although I am pretty content with this enforced solitude, I have a constant dialogue going on within myself. So I thought I'd write it all down.
