I would like to one day feel like I don't need to drink. I'm not doing bad since I've moved though cause I went almost 2 weeks without a drink. It's a lot better than almost every day like before I moved. I'm going to control my drinking though.

Thank you Donna. I'm doing good so far since I've moved. I'm saving a lot of money, I know that.

dear Barbara

first, i'm very sorry to hear about Bobby. that is very sad.

you are doing a great job taking on the not drinking. quitting any substance is a toughie. but you are tough too. remember, you quit smoking! so, you know, it can happen. and in fact, you're already making it happen.

Thank you Waves. Bobby had the scan done Friday to see if his cancer is active so I guess he could have a chance. I think what Bobby meant maybe was that he's not going to have anything more done for his cancer. Today he has the artery in his neck procedure done. He has not felt too good at all over the weekend.

I have been laying down a lot to try to sleep when I get stressed. It's better than reaching for the bottle. Or if I am able to I get busy around my place doing things like unpacking.

Barbara
