Default I took Lunest at 3:30 and tried to stay up.

I feel like was absent the day we were taught how to go to sleep.

Such a moron.

Still awake.
3 mgs of Lunesta work well. I got very sleepy.
I got on facebook and fought through the sleepiness.

Cleaning lady has to be here at 3:00 pm HA!

I'll be sleeping in the afternoon when she gets here. I'll tell her to let me nap.
She's going to chat and talk and talk talk..
I wonder if the Lunesta will cause a hangover from not getting enough sleep????????

I need some pills to teach me to sleep.
