i seem to have lost 1 kilo after hitting a new maximum weight with Zyprexa a couple months back. 1 kilo is 2.2 lbs. i am at a point where it could still be water weight but it wasn't sudden, scale gradually nudged downward over about 6 weeks until firmly planted 1 kilo lower. 6 weeks for 1 kilo is NOT encouraging as i have a full 15 kilos to go to get to my "pre-Zyprexified" max weight. and then about 5 more to get to my ideal weight. so that's 120 weeks??? ...argggh... more than 2 years???????????????

i am not doing anything specific. in fact i am doing specifically bad things like eating from the snack machines. but one thing is i've started taking coffee without sugar. it upsets my stomach less. but i think it also helps reduce sweet tooth type feelings - i don't use any sweetener whatsoever. i drink it with a bag of mint infusion brewed in.

congratulations Pammy on your weight loss that is great.

Bizi good job on a healthy sounding meal and have a nice time.
