I have been working for over a year to lose weight.

No specific diet has worked. So with the help of mediformin
because for me it helps me lose weight. I watch the sweets
and the other bad type foods I eat.

I really am doing just what I can.

So just start your work on losing or maintaining at first tomorrow. Also
make sure you do some exercise.
