Mari,
When I don't feel like dealing with anything I don't for a day or two and then I usually come around. I just try to not have anything that needs to be dealt with right away. Before I moved I stressed out big time about getting all of that done but I did it! I think it's okay to feel like not doing anything at times. barbara |

Hi,
Yesterday I saw an ENT to ask her about the noises in my head. I drove even though I was hung over and kind of out of it. I wasn't even good in the apt. I had no idea what she was saying to me during her intake. I just kind of nodded a lot. The ENT was nice but I don't know what else to expect with her. I'm going to need tests. I really just want to know if it is ok to have sounds in my head. (The neuros have no idea. They are useless. Maybe the ENT will try to get to the bottom of it for me.) I'm certainly going to stay home and take a vacation from anymore docs this week. I'm calling it done for now. If tdoc ever did a phone appt with me, that would be great -- no hassle driving to get to her office. M. |

Do what ever feels right, your body will tell you what you can need to do if you listen.
ask about phone visits....if you pay privately for her then I don't see why this could not be done this way. you sound exhausted and frustrated. I am sorry. bizi
