Thumbs up I love it, our weather is now

Hey, I know you will all want to scream at me.

Well, our temps are in the mid to high 70's now, Spring is here. The desert will be blooming soon too.

Time to hit the pool for some sun, the water is still cold, it will warm up in the next month or so.

Yippee.......................ok now you can yell at me.

Yikes, I remember those temps all too well, and don't miss them a bit, nor snow.

Keep warm, I'm cold just thinking about those days.

Hang in there, Spring is coming your way, I am sending it early.

Hugs, Nikko

Blush Just as cold today

Just as cold today, temp is reading 3* at almost 3:00PM, the wind is blowing strong too!

I am warm upstairs, I have a oil filled heater that looks like a radiator, keeps the chill off, running the humidifier too.
When the other half gets home soon he will put on the kerosene heater downstairs for night time. That really helps keep the heater from running like crazy!

I have to pick up Katie from school soon, back out to freeze!
Think I will make something warm for supper.

Default Nikko send warmth

Gee Nikko, I think the south needs to send some of that above avg. temps stream up our way. Actually you are sending a bit of a bump and we will have 18* -20's after tomorrow, maybe.
I am getting Katie rady for scholl at 10:20 AM in the sun it is 6*, a heat wave today! Had a squall of snow come throgh and turn evrything to ice, yuck!.

I have work this afternoon. My son wants me to baby sit Thurs. & Fri. he is planning a road trip to Cinncy yet, I hope he does not go. To far for me to allow him to travel and not have me a wreck.

I better run out and warm the car before we leave, it wa a two hour delay, it is a whole 3* warmer them two hours ago, LOL.

Di

I seem to be in much the same weather as Di! I woke up early this morning, before 7am, to get our two newest additions, twin kittens named Tabitha and Samantha, to Petsmart to be spayed, and still get to work by 8:00. Didn't expect the snow, but it was mainly just on the car I don't think the girls liked it very much, either, as they never leave the house at all anyway! They are cuties, grey and black tabby type cats, and I really can't tell them apart! I am going to pick up one pink and one purple collar when I go to the store to get them....then, all I have to do is remember which one is wearing which color .

The temps are expected to moderate a littlle, but not till the week-end, or at least Friday....

Till then, I'll try to thnk sunshine and butterflies!

I did go to the pool yesterday and got some sun and it felt so good.

It hit 82. I actually jumped in the pool twice, ahhhhhhh it was cold.

It was a nice relaxing day though. We are now going to be in the high 70's a early Spring is here for sure.

Sending it all your way.......

Hugs, Nikko
