My mother in law, had surgery today. She has a pin in the right leg.
Not exactly sure where. But its close to the plevic bone. Its a completely broke bone that had to be pinned to give her a chance to heal so she would be able to walk as soon as tonight or tomorrow. With lots of pain, and with a walker, in the hospital. And in 4 days or so. She will go to a nursing home. For no less than 2 weeks to 2 months. Donna |

well i am glad the surgery went ok. but yes it will be uphill for her, the recovery. i feel sad for her Donna.
i hope she feels comfortable enough in the nursing home that she doesn't get depressed. and that she can come home sooner rather than later.  ~ waves ~ |

She will probably have rehab/physical therapy while there when they feel she is ready for it.... hope she heals quickly! bizi

Keeping her in my prayers Donna, I had metal in my leg before, two plates and 12 pins. I feel her pain....Congrats on no more warts! That's fantastic!
