Arrow Baked Kale -> (attempted)

Hi,

We had pre-rinsed Kale in the fridge so I tried to make it.

~275 oven
~big ziplock bag
~150 grams of kale
~⅔ tablespoon oil
~salt
~Cookie pan (has a lip / sides )
===

I put the Kale in the zip lock bag. Then I dribbled the oil into the kale.
I spent time shaking and tossing the kale in the bag to mix the oil
Then I salted the kale.

Two thirds of the way through the cooking time, I tasted the kale.
I over salted it and it was too salty!!!!!
I even waited and tried the taste again. Inedible. I had to throw it away.

===
I had even taken pictures of the process

---------------
'Will try to do it again Monday night.
'Will post pictures if I can.
Either way, I will post an update.
