have you ever noticed how cats seem to love to sit on narrow ledges and such... like shelves, window sills, walls... i know one who climbs into to a hanging rectangular pot holder - offf the balcony. they seem to like margins or something. it's weird.
it's like.... that, or the total opposite: find a really big surface, get in the middle and sprawl as much as the tendons allow such as to cover as much of it as possible. one of my cats used to do this with the dining room table, beds, etc. the other was more for niches. she niched so much we couldn't find her at times. i enjoyed all of your wonderful pix bizi... the cats, you, and the beautiful flowers you planted - you have a green thumb!!! May dear Harriet rest in peace. (((hugs))) to you. ~ waves ~ |

....know & describe them so well. Yep, creatures of extremes, narrows ledges they narrow themselves to fit, large surfaces they enlarge themselves to cover.
Then there's Cat as Nature's Paperweight. To which I now add Niche Cat Niched Out of Sight. Wanna cowrite a book? Do you illustrate? |

That was a wonderful gift, unexpected--thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!
I especially enjoyed meeting your kitties. I do love cats. All critters, really but cats have a special tug on me. I asked on another forum who your new signature cat was; now I know. A real beauty. |

This was taken July 1st wearing make up..I painted the red flower in the back ground. The make up covers my red marks very well.
