I haven't been feeling well. These negative emotions,and pain hit me about a half a week ago. This has happened many times in my life. Immaginations,and fear,and etc. are making me feel bad. BF

Dear Steve,

could the beginning of an episode. please could you call your health practitioner and ask to be seen asap. maybe a med tweak can help you.

my imagination does darkling things to me sometimes too. i know it can get very frightening, especially when it continues day after day.

sending you warm thoughts and keeping you in my prayers. i have been saying lots of prayers lately because i am at such a loss with myself also.

Thank you Waves. I'm a little better. I guess this emotional/torment episode is going to run it's course. I'm taking my meds. I have one of those 4 doses,for 7 days kits to make sure that I don't mis a dose.

I'm also holding on to the Lord's arm in my thoughts. I'm still mindfull of the verse in the bible that brings me comfort. (Isaiah 41:10) I hope that this helps you to feel better. BF

i am glad you are doing a little better. i am better at times and then not so better. i seeing pdoc today, he may want to tweak my meds.

thank you for pointing me to Isaiah 41:10. that is indeed a comforting verse.

i hope you don't think this is goofy, but i'll take the chance: sometimes when i pray i imagine that i am being held in God's hand... i imagine a giant hand big enough to lie down/curl up in. last night i also prayed that God would transmit this feeling to you, of being held in his hand - because it feels comforting and safe.

i hope things improve for you soon, too.

Thank you Waves. When you have your mind on Him,that brings peace. I've also immagined holding on to one of his legs,being at his feet,and thinking nothing can harm me past,present,or future. As I think of that,it's the safest place in the universe.
