Well, she did me a world of good. She had taken me off Dalmane a couple of weeks ago so she said this might be the cause of it. So she raised my Buspar from 60 mgs a day to 90 mgs a day and gave me 5 mg of Valium twice a day or as needed when things start to feel better.
Thanks everyone for your support. After taking the Valium I am starting to feel much more normal. Finally normalcy! Maybe I can sleep normally tonight!

I was hoping you would find some relief. I hate panic attacks. Horrible experience. I hope the valum help. They are the only benzo I can take and still function. (and they break into smaller peices really well. )

Well last night was better but still a little shakey. I realized that I have to eat something when I take the valium or else I get all antsy. The buspar I have been on for a long time but not on this high of dose.
So now that I have figured THAT part out I think I can start feeling normal again.

How did you sleep?

I am glad you got Valium. I think once you start eating and taking the med regularly you will feel better.

I was told by my old p-doc back East, when I felt or thought I was going to have a anxiety/panic attack, he said take a (I forgot what benzo it was) and put it under your tongue and let it dissolve, it works very fast.

I did it and it did work ASAP........Take care, eat, get rest, feel better.

Nikko
