Default Medical stuff...but really just complaining.

Snow, again. I am so sick of this crap. We have about 4 inches allready and it's still snowing. The weekend was goreous. 60's and we had to turn down the heat.

My hands are frigging killing me. Bright red and swollen knuckles. I have no idea how to do anything about it. I am on Naproxin and it does nothing.

Plus every thing else hurts.

Tired of hurting, tired of being tired, tired of doctors and danged tired of meds.

Anybody have any helpful hints? I am just about ready to try anything.

sigh.

Thanks for letting me whine. (But I'd rather have nothing to whine about. )

Dear Bear,
(((((((hugs for Mrs. Bear))))))))))))))

I wish I had good advice for you.

My accupunturist has been able to help with some of my medical stuff.
Other than that, I can wish you well soon.

Remember to be easy on yourself.

Heart

I wonder if miost heat would help your knuckles...like a wax treatment at the salons, they used to be called hawain treatments, i have one at home but never use it..target used to carry them and the wax you could heat up in the microwave.
I am sorry that you are hurting sweetie

Mrs. Bear,

I'm not much on medical advice but I do hope your knuckles are better today.

Thank you for your kindess. It is the flu. Just amped my pain levels.

I never know when I am getting sick any more. I always feel like "the flu."

Accupunture hurt so bad. Wes and I went to the same guy and Wes would leave feeling uplifted and healthy and pain free and I would go home and cry for 3 days. I wished it had worked. (and now, the Doc of Chinese Medicine has retired. Can't find another accupuncturist who is a DoCM.) I am so glad it helps you Mari.

Chiropracter has been helping. Actually have enough energy on the days I go to get the dishes done after dinner. Thats saying something.

I would love to find a yoga class that is close to home. Or get up off my butt and just do Pilates again. Been a long time, but I think I am ready to start streching at least. I probably won't be dancing like I used to, but I still know the floor exercises.

I do love all of you. Every one is so kind and helpful. Ever listening.
