Crazy Totally drained........................and

I feel like I could just sleep for days now. I am so exhausted.

I went from total nerves/panic attacks to feeling like a zombie.

Glad I cleaned my house the other day.

I went from up up up to down down down. Amazing how that can happen to your body and mind. I am not upset, just poopy.

Hugs, Nikko

It's perfectly understandable considering what you've been thru...

I guess so. Now I can get some real rest.

Even though I keep my guard up. Still have a bit of PTSD which keeps me on my toes, even though it is scary.

Nikko,

I was down for about a week but feel better tonight. I hope you'll get out of the down mood.
