Dear Pam,

Our teeth do affect our emotions because they are so integral to everything else. It can also take some time to get over having the teeth removed. The pain goes away, but the trauma might continue for a few days. My acupuncturist thought that some groups believe that our teeth hold all our memories -- explains why letting go of one of them can take an emotional toll.

You are going to be ok. Keep taking it easy on yourself. I practice trying to love myself. It is hard work. I should be better at it by now -- I've had many years to practice
