My pdoc is so good.
She really listens to me and pays attention.
She let me explain everything to her without rushing me. I told her the best way that I could about all that has been happening with me over the past 4 months. Face, Fall, dieting (she thinks I could develop an eating disorder if I am not careful), obcessions, control issues.
no real changes in meds.
WE both agreed that moderation equals sanity...this is my challenge.
She did not press me about drinking.
We discussed it briefly in relationship to my 4 month break.
She wants to see me in 2 months.
She ordered a vit d levelwith out me asking, because she noticed that I am taking it as a supplement, wanted to make sure I was taking enough.

I am glad that things went well with pdoc today, how are you feeling? Stronger right? Therapy (for the shoulder) is going well? I remember reading it was going slow and you were frustrated, are things better now bizi? I am sure you won't lose too many clients. Hang in there! We're here for you if you need to vent.
