Heart

((((((Nikko)))))),

Yeah. I woke up every hour before 3AM last night. Every time I open my eyes, I have to pee -- feel like flippin' Niagara Falls

When I finally / really fell asleep, my snuggler cat decided he was gonna lay across my waist and make 'baby fingers' on my belly. There I go see-and-pee again

Although I don't really mind be woken up by kitty love

Tell that ole' brain of yours that it doesn't have to be so on-alert anymore.

Hugs.

Barb

I also have weird sleeping patterns.
I go to bed at 8 every night but don't fall asleep until after 9 usually. I keep the TV on so that I have something to listen to besides silence. That is usually when the brain starts up and I get all panicky. I sleep for a few hours and anywhere between 1 and 3 I wake up and take my nighttime dose of meds and I am up for at least an hour. Then after a while I go back to bed and sleep for a while longer and wake up between 6 and 8.
I have tried to fight this and got all upset about it. Now I just accept it for what it is and just deal.

I took meds at 10am and went back to sleep till now 2pm.

But I feel all screwed up, still tired.

Having some soda, hopefully the caffeine will help.

Oh, this type of sleeping pattern will do one in.

Hugs, Nikko

Unhappy

Another night of going to bed at 11pm, then 1:30 wake up, then 3:00 wake up, I did get back to sleep with the help of klonapin until 7am.

Tomorrow his PO comes to pick up the rest of his crap. I want to know how the speeding ticket will effect his probation. In fact he is supposed to call me back, because I called him on Friday when I found out, but he was in court all day.

I also want to know what type of car/color he is zooming around in. So, I can be AWARE. If he doesn't know or doesn't tell me. I will call the police dept, explain my situation and hopefully they will tell me.

It didn't end up a pool weekend after all, it was in the 60's and windy. This week is supposed to start in the low 80's, which will be real nice.

Have a good day......Nikko

Nikko, you sound like me when it comes to sleeping. What I take at night would make a "normal" person konk out for the night but I guess for people like us I guess a few hours is a blessing. When I go to bed, I take 1 750 mg Robaxin, 2.5 mg of Valium, 30 mg of BuSpar, 100 mg of Trazodone and 10 mg of Lexapro. Now you would think that would be good enough right? Nope, in the middle of the night I have to take another 2.5 mg of Valium and 750 mg of Robaxin or else I am in loads of pain and have anxiety issues. Sigh. I guess it never ends huh?
Here's to getting a good night's sleep tonight.

Heart turning off the mind

Nikko not being able to turn off the mind is terrible loss of sleep.
I hope the Klonopin can help better.

When the person is released from prison they had someone that notified the victim,

If it is summary offenses I wonder if it will affect his PO at all. My step daughter was a month to go on probation, and picked up on shoplifting and paraphernalia again, she (PO)said to pay summery fines and get out of the system in a month....
What good does that to society, didn’t help her, she is in trouble, month after month, recently incited a riot on Black Friday at a Best Buy, and punched a woman.
My thoughts are with you,
Di

My hubby and I have listened to a fan for 10 years. Something about a 60 hertz humm that is very soothing. can't deal with the silence either...we will be both awake if we have to travel and not beable to put a fan on. the tv is too distracting and sound machines have loops with birds etc...
try the fan once and see what you think.
I hate not being able to sleep...jsut hate it!

I use a fan too. It's just knowing that he has a car or someone's car, gives me chills. I back in a PTSD state of mind.

The PO comes over tomorrow (Tues) so hopefully he will tell me what is going to happen when Mr. Wonderful goes to court on the 29th for speeding 14 miles over the speed limit. He isn't supposed to get in any trouble.

He better tell my what type of car the jerk is driving too, so I can be aware.

I am so tired of all this, today I pulled weeds, cleaned the birds cage, and took a 2 hour nap. Oh, and ran to the store for more cigarett's, smoking like there is no tomorrow, not good.

Nikko

p.s. I take Trazadone 200mg for sleep along with my klonapin too.
