Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr his PO cancelled last week to come and pick up Mr. Wonderful's last things.

Supposed to be here on Tuesday at 11am, no call. I called, left a message, no call back, called the main number, they radioed the PO and said he was sick and would call me later in the week.

I called his voice mail from my cell, and said call me on my cell. He didn't, called on my home phone left a message he would call me the end of the week. He said he tried to call but they had a digit off on my phone number, well how the hell did he call me before? hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm The caller ID showed he called from work.

So, my dining room table looks like a train wreck with all his crap. The dumpster is looking real good right now. I told him (PO) to bring a box or two and/or bags, because I refuse to pack his stuff up AGAIN, since I did it twice before.



Ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh Such an aggravating situation to say the least, I want to know about the speeding ticket and how it will effect his probation, and what type of car he is zooming around in for my safety. He knows what I drive.

Well, Mr. Wonderful is driving around in a 2006 Chrysler Sebring/White. Nice huh? Plus I got the license plate number.

I found that out myself. I will know today who it is registered to, I did this all on my own. The PO would NOT tell me.

He will NOT tell me where he lives or works. He is protected, yet I the victim am not. And Mr. Wonderful knows everything about me.

As far as divorced the PO said he can be served at his office, nope doing it my way. He wanted me to deliver his crap to his office, I said I am not doing anything for him. I already packed his crap up twice.

So, the PO is now supposed to come on Monday.

I was a crazy BP person on the phone with the PO, I am so sick of all this ****. Thank God I have a DV counseling appointment today, boy do I have a lot to tell her.

I am amazed I am not in a psychiatric hospital by now. I really am. Eight months of hell. And a year prior of my mom in and out of the hospitals.

OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH and his speeding ticket, won't put him in jail, EVEN though you aren't supposed to get in any trouble while on this type of probation, system sucks. It really does for DV VICTIMS.

My sleeping sucks, I am back with PTSD driving now, looking all over, in stores, I can't stand it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The PO wants to know how I am finding out all this info. I said I have friends in HIGH places, HA

I caught this PO in so many lies. UGH

Got to calm down, yesterday I was so upset, I was hyper ventilating, my mother thought I was going to have a heart attack.

Sounds like a typical PO to me Nikko, I don;t know if it is just that they have so many clients and same old story of what but unless they hold up a bank, nothing is big to them.

I would send a letter saying that unless the items are picked up on Monday by the PO, that they are deemed abandoned and they will be put out on the curb Tuesday. (garbage),You will have to mail it today, signiture reg. and state if they are there on Tuesday they are going OUT!

As far as speeding tickets they are summary offenses. Unless he was picked up DUI or failure to pull over, fleeing to avoid prosecution, something escalted, before they really get back into the system.

My abuser was to turn in guns, never did. He even had a gun show up on a drug dealer in the Pocono's, he said OH I forgot about that gun being stolen!!!!!
That never should have flown, if he had a gun stolen years ago....why not report it!

The system sucks.
For me, I had to get rid of his consuming control lately. I am on my toes when I leave the house, but in my home with my family I avoid all thoughts of him.
He is going to get his with enough rope! So is your ex.

Thank God it is 8 months later and 8 months of ex out of the house without control/power to pull his head games 24/7. He is gone physically, tough to get rid of him emtotionally when he is so in your face, but he really, reallly will screw up and it won;t be long.

Try to let him do the hanging without taking you emotionally for the ride. That is tough to do, but He really can't change his stripes!

Be on your P's Q's, but don;t let him still put power of intimidation on you. It is good you know what kind of car he has, but be careful this PO does not start to think that you are stalking ex.
The PO's are funny breeds, have him get the belongings, and then sit back and wait for the ex to either "get it" and move on, or end up violating in some manner and back in jail. Not violate even with you, he is going to get in trouble somewhere some how eventually again.

Just thinking off the top of my head.

I plan on sitting back after Monday. I know he will never make it until Feb of 2009. He couldn't even make county probation for a few months, never mind Adult Probation until 2009.

Your right, it is just a matter of time.

I told the PO I would throw everything in the dumpster, possession is 9 tenths of the law. He said well that will only upset him more. Or he could file a civil suit, yeah right, like he can afford a lawyer, that's a laugh.

So, I agreed to wait until Monday.

I'll keep you posted. This is such a nightmare................
