yes don't rush to sign anything
- i've always heard these kinds of injuries can take a while to show up fully -and to watch for any long term repercussions from the accident. i think it would be best to keep any appts for this separate or at least have the doctor make separate notes as to new sx or pain now- vs the usual. plus document any new or worsening sx your self - just to be one the safe side. |
It's a really hard thing, with what I already had going on in my spine, to keep track of what's what!! The GREAT news is that I had a lumbar MRI in Feb, so at least I know what was going on then, and if the pains continues to get worse, and I have another MRI, it will be an easy comparison. It's like I knew what was coming, so I had the MRI to have a good medical record -- NOT
Barb - I know, he's such a cutie, and, now that he's 16 months old (HOW TIME FLIES!!) he is quite entertaining, too - has an enormous vocabulary already, and is bi-lingual, too! He doesn't ask for water - he asks for "AGUA" [or however you spell the Spanish word!!]. I just wish we got to see him more often - once a month, and if we're lucky, maybe more....sigh.... Have a great week-end, all! :You-Rock: |
That's so cute, Jacquie.
My son's not bi-lingual. But, when he was a baby/toddler, he'd use his "BAHSTON" accent when he was talking to my Mom and his "other" accent when he was talking to me or his Dad. Being bi-lingual's gonna be good for him when he grows up and looks for work. I'm seeing that as being an absolute necessity in more and more job descriptions. Know what you mean about missing your grandbaby. We lived 1200 miles away from my parents. My son was very close to both of them. He'd spend a couple of months in the summer. But, he really missed them the rest of the year. You're gonna have to get him his own hotmail account so he can keep in touch with Grandma :D Glad you're feeling better. Hugs. Barb |
