That is a lot of what the SS office wants in a evaluation. But there are other issues. The fact that she wasn't on medication, and the fact that she could have been doing good at that moment. I would really go ahead and talk to her doctor's also about the issues. And I would go ahead and appeal the issue. Just because its a situation, were it can't hurt. You can write out all the issues were she was trying to go off her medication, and how it didn't work. How things were a big roller coaster ride. And things like that. I would really ask that they have a second evaluation, by hopefully a different person. And as you know I'm from Indiana too, if you need any help let me know. Donna ![]() |
