Smirk The solution

Hi,

What is our problem that we look for some strange illness to cover for our inapt social functioning.

We have a problem with our nerves.

There are things we need to relearn to avoid those things that weaken our nerves.

Every trivial act done by others and by ourselves is outerenviroment. We must learn to not work up ourselves over these past acts. This is what gives us the nervous imbalences

We get well by avoiding the working up process and bearing the discomfort of nervous symptoms.

After you have retrained your brain through the muscles you can close the book on seeking a artifical solution.

*edit*

Best,
John
