Default A must question for your doctor

Hi everyone,

Many years ago I had a setback. I went back to my doctor and told him how severe my setback was. I had many symptoms.
He told me just one thing. He said I had to learn how to catch it.Then he left the room.He was talking about the working up process.

Most psychiatrist are dedicated doctors. They would be very glad to here this from you..

Is my nervous illness a result of the working up process?

Let me know what they say.

Best,
John
