Default better than happiness

Hi,
I bet most of you think if only I could be happy all my problems would go away. This mesage is told to us several times aday on the TV and every where we look.

Happiness is a fleeting experience and there is something else that is much better. Also to much happiness is not good for people who have a weak nervous system.

Romanto Vitaility and Intellectual Validity is what we realy need. What is romanto vitality? It is a feeling of knowing your feelings are correct and valid
Intellectual Validity is knowing your thoughts are sound, your decisions correct.
These to things are only accomplished through using your will. You have to learn how to exercise your will.Doing anything that is good for you is exercising your will.

There is nothing better than having a clear mind and a relaxed body.

It is what you will have with steady training.

before I had my training I had little of this.

Nervous people can't afford the luxury of temper(fear and anger)

Do not wait as mental health is gotton through persistant exercising your will

Best,
John
