Smile why we suffer and others don't

Hi,
Just thought Id mention something very important.
Everbody experiences symptoms (obsessions, disturbing impulses intrustive thoughts you name it.
The difference is that people who chronicly suffer from symptoms do so because they work up their symptoms. They also have a fate given allergy for this behavior.
So if you suffer from gastric problems you need to avoid things that upset your stomach.
Well if you have a fate given weak nerves than you better avoid working yourself up.
After you learn to do this nature will store your health.

This does work or I wouldn't be here.

Best,
John
