It's hard to be really productive on seroquel twice a day, depending on the dosage of course. But it's a whole lot better than tormenting and painful thoughts. Yeah, I'd follow her instruction BF. It will get you through this rough spot.

Smile Thank you Curlydawg

I just take 25 Mg's after 6 PM at this time. If I drive somewhere,I won't take it. I've be on seroquel for over two years, and I have a higher tolerence for it now.

At bedtime it's different. At bedtime I take 600 Mg's. I have 3 mental health disorders.(Ain't no fun at all)So I'm on a few other med's also.

I liked being active. I don't like this down time. I seem to have no choice. BF

Wow, 600mg, that would definately send me to the sandman. I was taking 200mg at 9:00am and 9pm. I was definately not active. But it did get me passed the tough spot. Now I'm down to 50mg a night. That started today so hopefully that will aleviate some of the yawns through out the morning. And I will admit, I've found a place to take a 15 minute nap. I set the alarm on my Iphone and just do it. Haven't been caught yet

I know what you mean. It definately causes me to sleep.

My condition is a on going problem, and complicated. I wish it where mild, but I find myself shattered into emotional pieces to often.

I was in a wellness hospital about a year in a half ago. I knew I had panic disorder, and OCD. They also diagnosed me with skitzo effective disorder.

I have to continually keep myself from crashing emotionally,or mentally. Sometimes it's easier then other times. It's always been a mystery to me. I was about 5 years old when these mental health issues started. BF

Steve, I definately can't offer any great words of wisdom, although I could sing a song. But no, that would cause you to add depression to your list.

I can pray for you.

WOW did I ever blow it. You did not offend me in any way! I was trying to say that viewpoint is important, that's all, & I shouldn't have used your post as an example. I was wrong, & I'm so, so sorry. ((()))

I enjoy your posts very much. They so often set me to thinking about wider issues. I enjoy that immensely! But I need work on communicating. Thanks for telling me, BF.
