bizi - lots of hugs to you in your current stressful times. I HATE waiting for things, especially when I am anxious or stressed about something. I certainly have no med suggestions for you, but perhaps you can take some more time for yourself, take a nice warm bath, do some deep breathing or relaxation exercises. Worrying about finances can put a strain on the calmest of individuals :rolleyes:.

I hope that your weather continues to be moderate and not killing you with that oppressive humidity; that alone is draining...

Take care of your needs and yourself and, most of all, cut yourself some slack. We always seem to be hardest on ourselves.

thanks you guys, talking/sharing this stuff with you helps immensely.
I feel more level this morning not as stressed, I slept in a little today, could not get up so called client and said I would be late. Now need to get moving. hope everyone has a nice day.

I left a message on my tdocs phone saying that I was having a hard time right now and that I might be calling to make another appointment. I did not go to the gym tonight because I feel like I am getting "shin splints" on the outer muscle of my shin bone...Saturday I walked 3 1/2 miles on the treadmill in bad shoes because I forgot to change them before leaving home and was too lazy to turn around and go home to put on my jogging shoes....
why do I do these things to myself?????
Seeing my last client today I was over talkative and opinionated...I hope I did not offend her. I think she found out that I am a flaming liberal!:o

Have you tried the Elliptical? Hubby took two and a half weeks off the treadmils and bought some new shoes. He feels better now.

It is late here so Ill just mention a few tools for you .

It is very average to be disopointed with outside business.

The firm is outerenviroment and we cant control it.

Racing thoughts and other feelings are distressing but not dangerous

The firm is being their own average not right or wrong

Excuse rather than accuse for your own mental health.

your mental health is more important than anything else.

be the patient patient .

Endorse for all efforts of using the tools

Sometimes you can use just one tool and it will work for you.

Do it all the time myself.
