Hi,
I woke up around 1:30/2:30 pm -- can't remember. I went to bed around 6:30 am. 'Still feel tired.

My accupunturist wants me to try a different hypnotist for sleep.
I'm not in the mood to leave the ok one I have. She's ok. I don't dislike her. Most therapists I have seen I disliked. I mean that I disliked them to the point that I am not sure how I managed to stay in the same room with them. I was younger. I think that now I would walk out after the stupid things that they would say to me.


Tomorrow is an early work day. ...have to be their at 10:00 am. UGH.

On Tuesday I bought new eye glasses. We got a little bonus at work and the whole thing (hubby's and mine) went for the glasses.

I first called the optomitrist because I was seeing little black dots that move around, esp. if I am in bright light. The optomitrist examined me and told me that they were "floaters" and not to worry. OK.

Then she told me I needed new reading glasses.

The last time I was in the shop was with my friend who died last June. I was sad. But my friend was good to me and I was good to her. I remember good things about her.

I think I sort of accidently bought the high end glasses. Shoot. If have have to wear them then they might as well look good. They'll be here in a week. I can't even remember what they look like/what I ordered!! i wasn't paying attention because the whole "let's find some glasses for you" wasn't all that interesting to me.

Me too not sleeping, it is 6:00 AM BEFORE i FINALLY FALL ASLEEP. i TAKE NAPS,
