I just called the PO for the hell of it. He answered and I hung up.

I wonder what the hell is going on, he is in, why hasn't he called me back?

Hi Nikko, Obviously your trying to get that jerks junk out is not a priority to him. I woud have it not so confrontational and he will have to take action if you send the letter. In it state that numerous attempts had been made to get rid of this stuff,

If it is not picked up by _____ ____ at ____time then it will be considered abadoned and put in the trash.
This way as the PO took on to pick it up, if he doesn;t you ahve documentation that you are not a storage facility and it is considered abadoned.

IF its get thrown out, let him sue the PO for not picking it up as he made the legal obligation to do so.

You are not a storage unit! He continues to blow you off. So the letter, return signiture request coveres your butt, and lets you trash it if PO is not going to get off his BUTT!
I know that this craps sitting there is like a fork in your side.
